    Yup. That statement confirms they are dead and they cheated.

    SPL are pussies though. Confirmed cheats get no punishment.

    **** it, lets play 12 players for the next 10 years.

    ...or the regulation infractions (whatever they are, hivny read the commission findings) were deemed to be punishable by a fine.

    ...or Nimmo is corrupt and was instructed to do a coverup/whitewash.

    Take yer pick.

    ;

    Same club, different owner/operators clearly stated by Lord Nimmo Smith.

    Does this part of the statement have any effect on the current transfer embargo?

    Administration was Oldco business. Newco havent been in administration. Newco haven't brought the game into disrepute.

    Nimmo Smith has differentiated between them clearly on behalf of the SFA in this case so I don't see why the SFA can't differentiate between them in the transfer ruling.

    No it wasn't. It was the cost of transferring the licence from the now defunct club.

    It was the intended punishment for the old club before they were liquidated for cheating in their last year of existence.

    It is absolutely right and proper that the new club is not punished. I don't think anyone would want that.
