Silence - even if its just for 10 minutes. Never under estimate the power of silence - can be very chilling. A simple song at the start of very match, but it needs to be something that the press will pick up on - fan pressure isnt enough without empty seats.

He won't listen mate, some of the **** the old timers (no offence Potts/Nicky) give him mate. It makes me cringe sometimes but he never flinches - total commitment to the cause!
