Villa are so ****. That is the only up side if Arsenal win today that they are in the relegation zone. Actually there is no "if" arsenal win today unfortunately. We need to win on Monday. Really not looking forward to that game.
If Villa concede again quickly it could get very messy. Frankly even if they don't concede quickly it will likely get messy. We won't be wanting to rely on goal difference come the end of the season.
Yeah we never seem to have a particularly good goal difference. It's been a while since we have won a comfortable game 3 or 4 nil. Well we did beat villa 4-0 but apart from that. How lovely a big win on Monday would be but I would take any type of win right now.

Jesus! Why can't Villa play football any more? Looks like another lucky win for Arsenal. The only upside for us is that it'll make it harder for AFC to sack Whinger, and he'll be there for at least another season.
A lucky win for Arsenal may be a good thing for us with regards to the NLD. Don't want them to think they have to up their game.
Good news re: Everton and I guess that a win for Arsenal by 1 goal was arguably the best that we could hope for. They certainly won't be leaving the Emirates today with any great boost to their confidence.

I still reckon that Citeh are by no means home and dry in 2nd yet - and think they could easily have a difficult few weeks. But as last season - it comes down to our own performances, especially as we have the Goons, Chavs & Citeh to play.
Good try Villa, nearly saw it out but the Goons remain unconvincing, lets hope we open the lead back up on Monday
Agreed, if we think Arsenal have a hope of catching us up, we've got to believe we can catch City, the gap is more or less the same (or was before today).
