Travelling back from Scotland the other day I had the lovely opportunity to sit amongst some Celtic fans waiting for my plane home. They pretty much ticked all the sterotype boxes. - Drunk (despite it being 11.30 in the morning) - Loud and aggressive bigots - Displaying irish republican political opinions - Worshipping the gangrene brigade - Hatred for Lawwell - Claiming Lennon is one of the best new managers in Europe It was quite obvious that more than one of them was wanting to get into an argument and trying to get me to bite but cool head Medro was rather polite as I tried my best to crush each one of their arguments as they came. Reminded me of some of the folk that come on not606.
They had people moving from their seats away from them as they thought they were gonna start trouble. Once we discussed football one of them then wanted to go into politics and my opinion on the flag protests. Just what everyone in an airport lounge wants to hear at 11am on a Sunday morning.
Being on a flight full of Celtic supporters going from Scotland to Belfast last Wednesday (possibly the same flight as you claim) it was extremely sombre with everyone looking pretty depressed, and the only sign that they were Celtic supporters were the scarfs and the occasional moan about the referee. I think you are talking a lot of ****e.
Mickelback fail. I flew out Sat morning, home Sunday morning. Sat down in the lounge and some ol fella asked "You at the game yesterday?" Too which I replied "Aye, great scoreline" "Wasn't it" Then I had to add "Shiels had a great game didn't he" He started to laugh and then said "So you're one of this Rangers fans" People nearby must have thought it was gonna end up like the Wild West and immediately got up and walked away.
A serious question to Dev. You sound a little snappy today laddy, can we expect another meltdown from yourself today again.
You are still stuck in the past in so many ways. The beel patter went out with the Ark as did hatred of all things Irish/Celtic, get on board and joing the rest of humanity in the 21st century. You'll feel better, not bitter.
I've encountered Norn Irish Huns on their way to the ferries plenty of times as they have to take the same train route as me. I only wish the ****ing bizarros had been half as civil as this ****ing cretins wi' their cretinous cross-eyed children
