Google offer free tools, a free onnline scan, that will check for malware and viruses.

£10 says it's the adverts. It's always the adverts.

I've notified the site owner but there doesn't appear to be anyother complaints of this kind and the Liverpool board is one of the busiest so you'd expect more people to mention it. As I said before I think it's fine and possibly just your virus protection being a bit over protective.

What adverts? If you're signed in you shouldn't get any ads.

Ah, I've blocked adverts anyway. I was just assuming they existed judging by all the parts Ad-Block Plus blocks (e.g. apis.google.com, google-analytics.com, skimresources.com, cloudfront.net, facebook.net, amazon.co.uk, etc, etc)

Interesting grapic, difficult to read much into it though, would be more useful to have a numeric ratio of wages to points.

EDIT: However, City are spending over double as much as us on wages for the sake of 5 points... tragic really, and Pool is just <laugh>

You could say the same about us and Swansea though (or better example, Swansea and Arsenal)

I think it's slightly different for Swansea as they are relatively new to the league and so many of their players are in the process of making the step up from Championship to Premiership wages. I would expect their wage bill to increase dramatically in the next few years if they are to maintain their high league positions.

Us and Villa's quite amusing, though. £18m more in wages, 100% more points! <laugh>

The graphic would be more useful if Man Utd's line was flat, and the left hand column was shifted 'up' accordingly, as you could argue that first in the league ought to be expected to pay the highest wages.

Are Arsenal really spending only paying like 10% less than United on wages? <laugh>

Is our £93mill an estimate or did those figures get released in the end?

All the figures are the latest available or an estimate where no information's available, YV.
Not sure if ours have actually been released, but the media seem to think that they stayed roughly the same as last season.
    Arsenal's figure is official.

Yeah I knew Arsenal's was, I just didn't realise United were spending a similar amount. It's incredible that they spend an amount similar to United in wages yet they keep losing their best players when their contracts are running out and they also still end up nowhere near United, competing with us and everton who spend much less.

Their fans have got it all wrong, they do spend plenty but clearly they're pissing it all up the wall <laugh>

The Spurs and Everton combined wage bill is £11m more than Arsenal's on it's own. That's known as a Borini in today's money.

I had heard over the weekend that Alex Pritchard got injured for Posh on Saturday, but then I read today he has had to be sent for a scan on his ankle. I hope this is only as a precaution rather than an indication of something serious.

Disappointing for the lad as he's done so well recently to earn this chance of games in the League. Fingers crossed for him.

John Bostock's training with the San Jose Earthquakes, the team that Simon Dawkins had a successful campaign or two with.
Perhaps a change of scenery could help him to revive his career? I think his contract's up at the end of the season, anyway.

Is he ?? Cheers for that PNP, I didn't know that.

I have always been supportive of Bostock, but he has to make this move work if he wants to make a good living out of football.
