Yes, well done Peterborough. I think as the day panned out, you definitely needed those points more than us. We're still second and you'd have been even more stranded if you'd lost. Would be good if you could survive at the expense of Wolves actually.
Well deserved win for Posh. Leicester fans in Charters again showed why their considered the worst behaved fans in the championship.....no class obnoxious loudmouths. And they wern't all kids either with plenty of older guys in their 30's and 40's who should know better......yet again they were great ambassadors for your club.
You guys crack me up. That terrace has been sold out several times this season but every time to decent football fans not pissheads of low intelligence. Norwich sold it out a few weeks ago and you know what...not one whinge from them. The reason you had problems is because large numbers of your pisshead fans couldnt be bothered to get to the ground before the game kicked off. They turned up out of their heads late and expected to stand behind the goal.....sorry but if I got to the ground at 2 why the hell should I move so some drunken louts can stand where they think they have a god given divine right to. And groups of pissed morons shouting at young barmaids to get their tits and fannys out for the lads....You did your club proud. Just go on foxstalk...Their so proud of their behaviour but whingeing like little girls that we oversold it.....we didnt. And by the way, considering you brought 5000 you were very very quiet....especially at 5.45
At least you won't be playing us again in the near future so we won't have to go to that tin-pot ground again. How did you manage to get the name Posh certainly does not reflect the dump you call London Rd. Mind you really enjoyed Charters, that is one pre-match place I will miss.
As opposed to your soulless identikit Lego stadium!! Oh and you wont be missed next season...but if we do happen to cross paths again at London Road I may as well say it now...Thanks for the 3 points
Think if I was a Peterborough fan I would want to know how come the team can beat Hull, Cardiff and Leicester yet they are bottom of the league ? Seems like there players can't be bothered to try unless it's against a top team..
Back to the original topic... Disappointing result, but if someone had offered us 15 points out of 18 from the last 6 games we would have snapped their hands off. We were on the back of a 5 game winning streak, and considering last season we couldn't string two wins together, it shows how far we have come under Nigel. Again, disappointing that we lost this game, the fact they have taken points off other teams around us is some consolation. It's all about how we react, maybe having an FA cup game will be good for us. Onwards and upwards!
I don't care what results we get as long as we're where we need to be - even if it is still on goal difference! I was more delighted with the Brighton result than I will be win, lose or draw against Huddersfield on Tuesday!
