Thats a good time. It was on the soft as opposed to Jenson's time set on the hard, but I dont think the differences in compounds are as great as last season, are they?

The Mercedes looks decent looking at the TV pictures. I'm not too concerned yet about the reliability issues considering how much changes they had to make to this years car. I do think it has good speed however, frustrating though to have 2 days wasted already.

Pirelli are aiming to have at least .5 of second difference between each compound, so, in theory, softs are 1 sec quicker than the hards, if not a bit quicker..
 
Just in from my days work reading through the comments. Kinda funny seeing a certain someone leap on the Hamilton crash going on about driver error only to find out it was yet another mechanical fail.
 
Lewis and Kimi fan in equal meassure, I'm pinning my hopes on the Kimster stopping "Ze Finger" making it 4 in a row!
Jenson could/should be in with a shout and never say never when it comes to Alonso!
I've got a feeling 2013 will be better than 2012...
 
The number of people on the BBC live text who think Chilton might be good is worrying. I didn't realise there were so many stupid people in Britain?
