I was on 606 for a good few years but cant actually remember what my username was! I also mainly just read all the goings on. Post more frequently now. There was always good banter between clubs on 606

I was on 606 for years, back in the time when only Premiership teams had their own boards, with just single boards for Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3.
There was a lot of "banter" between Pompey fans and a Leicester fan called Mr Mustard (their version of SB3/TFLS) in the 2002-03 season, when we both went up. He soon disappeared when Leicester went down the following season though.
Yeah, while pompey were riding high he had a bit of class......bet he's a fool mouthed drunk now.
Well I was Channonfodder on the old 606 for quite a while. I joined Not606 after Meowth posted a few messages on our board, although even at the death they wouldn't allow links. It was good to see that many of the old gang had transferred across, and also that my moniker had not been nicked!
I enjoyed the old site even though the moderation was very strict. In a way, it meant that you had to be a bit more subtle about inferring that the other chap was talking out of his rear end, but then I love a challenge!

everyone remember the arguments we (i) had with the huddersfield fans in 2009/10?

I certainly do Jen......Wasn't there one that wanted to meet you or some such....didn't he want to slap you round the face? I seem to remember he was banned after a few Saints fans said they would cut his arms off if he went near you. Sadly they too were banned....
Yep I was there - probably psoted ther emore often than I do here - remmeber the annoying having to wait what-felt-like-ages between positing?!
I'm still going strong, although I spend most of my time trying to educate skates. It's a bit like missionary work.
I remember the old Rupert Lowe wars and those pair of plums Scooby and anti moaner. What was the name of the old fossil that used to pull everyones grammar up, and used to be pro Lowe?
I meet cgo and hells bells once with my nipper, decent guys they were to. Also some decent skates, bit of banter with an edge to it.
This board is ok, but some of them are dire. I think saints mods do a good job, but generally don't think having fans moderate is a good thing. Some of the boards are like peoples personal fiefdoom , big ego problems. Mods should look cor libellous or offensive content and that's it. Too much opioion governing the moderation. Again, not on this board but others.
606 was over moderated, but it was consistant.
Good on here that you can talk about music and chicks, just need a beer thread then it'll be perfect.Mind you a few of the metro sexuals on the skate board will say that's too masculine, and we should have a babycham thread.

Strange to remember our little 'rivalries'...fun at the time, but almost totally forgotten now. This is one area where the PL is more boring.

They used to make this muck just up the road from me in Shepton Mallet. It's perry, i.e.cider made from pears but girls used to like it apparently.
I'm still here too, dont post much but do like to dip into to have a check on whats hot and whats not.
At the risk of completely living up to Lord Duckhunter's impression of me, I only drink vodka and Pimm's when it comes to alcohol (but not at the same time).
