I know it sounds silly, but sometimes it does seem that certain teams have their name on a trophy.
I hear you on that, but both teams seemed to have an air of destiny about them. Ravens knocking off Denver and New England and SF coming down from 17-0 in the NFC championship to help cement Kaepernick'd seize your opportunity fairy tale.
It's easy to look back and blame the non calls that stopped the Niners short, but the Niners made more mistakes than the Ravens did and that's why they lost.
