TLF, close the tabs mate it slows thing down. Just keep 1 tab and stay in the waiting room.

got past the virtual waiting room, but it wouldnt let me buy tickets for non season ticket holders. I have 3 ST, all linked to me via friends and family. But I want to buy 6 tickets (I thought you coul dbuy 2 per ST). it asks for membership number for all 6 (tried entering the 3 ST numbers twice, but that didnt work)...then got timed out ...Arghhhhh!. back in virtual waiting room, but what do I do when I get back through !! HEEEEELLLLLPPPPP

they must all have registered with jackarmy and activated their accounts.
 
But the website states every ST holder can buy 2 tickets. It doesnt say they must be jack army members or registered. Does that mean I have to visit the ticket office !!!

Put the season tickets holders name in twice. Eg two tickets for one season ticket holder that's what I did and it works

So for the first two on the list put the same season tick holder in for both
Them for tickets 3 and 4 put in the next season ticket holder twice and repeat the same for tickets 5 and 6

look at the news on the website. there is a thing about buying tickets and what you need to do to ready yourself to buy. read through it.
