Another report says
"The SPL charge relates to rules that say all payments to players for football activities must be stipulated in contracts registered with the league."
Fairly certain if any paperwork exists for these loans, they're not going to be for football activities, they're going to just be loans.
Why isn't there some kind of website, a blog perhaps, where we can be told what's going to happen to us? Perhaps tell us all the FACTS of the rules and regulations and our due and just punishment. I would expect contributions to it to come from unbiased pillars of the media like Alex Thommo and Phil MacAlachahahafd-go-go-goch
