Liverpool have a culture of success and winning trophies that sours Never have had
Despite having being **** (by their standards)over the last 20 years Liverpool still have a CL and several domestic cups to boot. There still is a winning mentality and high level of expectation at the club, just not the quality to match

The Europa is much bigger comp than COC, especially when you see how seriously it's taken by the Spanish and Portugese teams in particular. It gets a bad rep in this country mainly as the sort of teams that qualify invariably put out crap sides to maintain premier league form. Plus the group stage is mickey mouse and it on a thursday...on channel 5!!
However once you get to the knock outs, it's a decent competition and I'd rather win that than say the fa cup this year. It means a game in the super cup and is the only major european trophy we haven't won (if we accept that it's basically the old Eufa cup).
As for the next team our of the 3 to win either the league, fa cup or C.L, I'd say Liverpool. They are a good cup side and none of those 3 will win the league anytime soon.
