Just outside High Wycombe
I was at the game and got back about 30 mins ago... In the away end with 2700 other Chelsea fans....

Fact is... if the ballboy gives the ball straight back, we don't have an issue. It's his farking job to get the ball and give it back straight away. No time wasting etc. This ballboy admitted on twitter before the game he was going to time waste! And it wasn't just him! All the ballboys were at it! Looping the ball high in the air. Rolling it along the ground really slowly. Pathetic. However Hazard shouldn't have reacted in the way he did.

Why the fark is this ballboy lying on top of the ball? It's a farking disgrace and he should never be a ballboy again. Now cue us being called scum and vile again and again when it was the Swansea ballboy who started it all off.
 
Just seen the incident close up and it's a joke. Hazard kicks the ball and the kid rolls around as if he has been shot. Disgraceful from the ballboy. His antics were shameful.
 
Considering the image below is the lads pre match tweet, and also taking into consideration his Father is a club director, and that he had been called up specifically for this game, it makes you wonder if he was the 12th man!

I had to check the date to make sure it wasn't April Fools when I saw the red. But then, having seen who the referee was I wasn't in the least bit surprised.

Struggling to recall a season where so many bizarre decisions have gone against us, season before last we benefitted from a lot of big calls but since we've slipped off the radar all the ref luck has gone with it. Foy should never ref again, he was awful throughout the match, missed out Ramires almost breaking the Korean guys foot and the clear foul on Hazard before that, blew for HT as we were attacking and just about to put a ball in the box
 
On a another note, the lad has gained 72,000 more followers tonight on twitter, most of which are not happy with his antics!
 
Lad shouldn't have done that, though hazzard is scum and sums chelsea up. classless, clueless, and without a trophy this year.

Nothing but praise for your football club, but you really are devoid of a brain or any kind of rationale.

really when was the last time Hazzard did anything that suggests that he is scum all he was trying to do was get the ball back from a ball boy who was clearly cheating who even admited he would cheat on his twitter page earlier.
 
I'm not sure, but I think we'll find out in todays press, what the refereee actually did timewise over this cheating! Without a doubt I think our club should lodge an official protest to the Football League!
 
If I didn't feel so sick about this game I would watch it again just to see if this lad did it a few times previously at any point before we realized what he was up to.

I thought ball boys were carefully chosen, don't they have a contract of any sort ?
 
It's time the Premier allowed dolly bird ballpersons and brought back the multi-ball system. The kid was totally out of order and I was sad to see Eden sucked into the trap. Football League will take a dim view because it is in breach of Rule 12, but I hope they don't over react. Will have to call him Alf Hazard in future!
 
Oh look! An incident concerning the conduct of a Chavski player! We haven't seen this for a good... 5 minutes!

Although the ball boy (man) was well out of order and is something I'm sure the Club will investigate, please don't start whining about cheating. What he did was hardly going to turn the game. If Hazard didn't get involved the ref would have added the time on. All 6 seconds of it. You had 180 minutes and failed to score once.

What could have turned the game was if Ba's dive had been given as a penalty. He should have got a yellow. You might not like it but that is cheating, and one which could have had greater implications.

I'd say both are cheating mate, especially since the ball boy had pre-planned to timewaste. Like distric said, nothing but praise for Swansea and congrats for reaching the final and hope you have a magic day out at Wembley. Shame something so petulant had to spoil the headlines for you!
