    Thanks for the info Boss

To me it doesnt matter how much of a "Twat" the lad might be and yes the media will be right on top of this incident over shadowing a fantastic performance by Swansea over the 2 legs but at the end of the day Hazard was completely out of order.

No I get it, Hazard was an idiot for even being in that position and Swansea’s night has somewhat been forgotten about! but I think its better to see the funny side and what a season for Swansea, on the verge of winning a trophy.

    Agreed Boss, idiotic by Hazard
Swansea will be big favorites for the final and should win but after knocking out 3(??) PL teams who can say Bradford wont win it !!
Swansea are having a great season, moving the ball so much quicker than last year and dare I say it more direct, Michu been a bargain, and Williams at the back has been great

It's just a damning indictment of modern society and 'moral' outrage. The need to create crimes and moral injustice that doesn't really exist. Very similar to the Ashley Williams incident with RVP and Rooney swearing at the TV camera v Spammers a few years back.

100 years ago boys the same age as that boy were enlisting to fight in the trenches, now the nation is outraged by a little jab in the ribs. Have also just learnt that he's the son of a Swansea director, and is essentially a spoilt little brat. Good on Eden.

So, in order for the kid to not press charges, how big a chunk out of the Sacked manager Pay-off Fund was handed to him? Benitez might have to last a bit longer...

  9. Hazard should should be commended for what he did.

By giving the lad a kicking, he's put the wee fella on the map. He'll be dining off that on the chat-show merry-go-round for years. He'll never have to get a proper job in his life, now.

How many of us have acted on impulse? I've lashed out a couple of times and have been fortunate not to be reported for them. Looking back I was right to do it as I was being picked on. One lad pushed me in the chest outside a pub so I landed him one in the eye and smashed his head against a parking machine. He didn't pick on me again. Another lad insulted Spurs and received a fat lip for his cheek. I was wrong on the second but not the first. We all do it don't we but Hazard was wrong.

Apparently south wales police are now involved.... <doh>

Hazard shouldn't have done what he did, regardless of whether the kid was hurt or not. U just can't get away with things like that any more. (especially if foy is the ref!) - but this is getting ridiculous now.

  12. HIAG he's the son of a wealthy hotel owner and Swansea Director - he never would have a proper job in his life anyway!!! <cheers>

Roo,it's assault whichever way you look at it. If charges are brought well who knows what the outcome will be. A caution for a first offence,a hefty fine and in extreme cases a dose of stir. Police are involved if a spectator assaults somebody so why not a player? Yes,Police involvement is right but he won't get a fair trial because everybody saw it happen, guilty M'Lud.

CFC are more at fault than Hazard, avocating that it is OK to use violence to get somebody to do something that they don't want to do. That line of thinking has immence implications.

You're probably right tots but the club must discipline him for the sake of their image etc.

I'm more interested to see what Ba does for the chavs as he's a new signing.

All the chav supporters defending him wouldn't have the same attitude if it was an Arsenal or a Spurs player who did what Hazard did. Oh no,guilty as hell they'd say. For me supporting violence is just as bad as the violence so ban all Chav supporters from the Bridge for life for supporting violent misconduct. Deport Hazard after a spell in Wandsworth prison. Throw the book at him and bring back the birch. Oh yes,I love Chelsea.

The boy should have got a bollocking after the game, not a kick in the ribs. No one deserves a kick, no matter what they've done. This isn't 1945, it's 2013 and society has moved on from dishing out violent punishments.

I've known people be charged for common assault for throwing a drink in someone's face. I've know someone get 4 weeks for nothing more than a roll on the floor with a bit of hair pulling. The law might be an arse, but it's still the law we must all follow.

What Hazard did was wrong and he must now be punished for it.

But, I'm only on the side of comedy, and it's been funny so far.
