I think you can thank Harry for the fall off of interest among fans. All that reserve stuff has come back to haunt!Hell of a way to reduce prices though!
I'm quietly optimistic about our Europa chances this year. AVB has pedigree. Would love for us to win it, despite it's bad rep.
Could be the club wants to guarantee a full house. The turnout in the groups stage could've been better.
"The Special One" wants to manage Portugal. It would be interesting to see if he did go back to Chelsea how he'd fare and how long he'd last if things didn't go his way. With him and AVB as rivals it would be great to beat Chelsea.
Mouinho isn't cut out for international management. He can't sign half the first team the second he takes over like he did at Porto, Chelsea, Inter and Real.
Particularly as the final is 50 years to the day since we became the first british side to win a European Trophy. It would be a nice kind of celebration. Then we could all go and get wrecked in Amsterdam.
a bit of technical help please chaps. I recently sacked off google chrome because it was hurting my laptop and making everything lag. I've got firefox now, but I'm experiencing some weird issues. when I reply to a thread, (whether it a "reply with quote" or just a general "reply"/comment) I am finding that when I press the submit button, I am getting a window come up saying "are you sure you want to leave this page". - The two options are "leave now" or "cancel". If I click "leave now", it takes me to the "go advanced" comment page, with another opportunity to then hit "submit". - But at this "go advanced" stage my comment has already been posted! Infact, it's already been posted the minute i get the original "are you sure you want to leave this page" message. anyone know what the problem is?!
I hope someone can explain this because I have been getting the same problem recently. Most, but not everytime I go to submit a post, I get asked 'are you sure you want to leave this page.
This is happening a lot of the time in Chrome too, I think it's a problem with the website scripts, rather than your/my software.
That happens on my Firefox when I've typed in the comments box then hit the back button. No other time does it happen. Often I've typed something and realised no one wants to read my ramblings... I'll find a solution over the weekend, now that others have raised the issue. For now, I would suggest clearing cookies for this site (make sure you know your password first). Edit: The scripts on this site have been troublesome recently too. Pegs the CPU on this virtual PC I'm using at the moment, and that should not happen ever, even though I'm forced to use IE7. The server I'm using is a big bad motherfucker and not overloaded.
