Changed my mind, I've got some left over and it would be for the sake of it.
    Pointless.

I seem to have deleted my less tomatoey chilli from my phone, can't think why. Will take a snap when I
    do it next week.

No I did it via the lap top.

You might be able to on the phone app, didn't look. That chilli pic might still be on whatsapp, I will check now!

The wife bought one of those slow cookers just had a beef casserole she made in it, very nice I was surprised. Didn't see the point I do the same thing in a casserole dish but it was handy to put on before bed and have something ready for work.

Our in laws keep trying to palm us off with one of theirs. I think it's a waste of space myself, literally as it sits on one of the kitchen tops getting in the feckin way unused.

We give it back, it finds its way back to us. We've still got their disgusting ****ign hostess trolley sitting in our front room which we borrowed to do Christmas dinner and hasn't gone back. Her old man is coming round to watch the Swans tonight, he can take that **** home with him while he's at it!!

I prefer to put a casserole in the oven on very low if something needs slow cooking. The meat breaks down properly then, which it doesn't do as well in a slow cooker.

Not sure i agree with that.. Slow cookers are good for a stew. Not keen on bolognese or chilli in them as it turns to mush.

But things like beef brisket or doing pork in them is also good as rimmer did a great shredded pork recipe in one with beer an tequila in with the pork.

I've never used ours. She does and it never turns out any better than just cooking a stew normally, only slow.

In the oven suffices, I can see the point of you want to leave it on all day and go out so I know it serves a purpose but it just gets in the way in our house.

That's what I found handy, I agree with you and do casseroles in the oven so was not looking forward to this but I have to say it was nice.

Sweats idea sounds good, I may give this thing a go with the beef brisket it may be good for Burritos.

He's done it with beef and pork, the pork one he served in flour tortillas I think an used Mexican beer and tequila in with the meat.

If you so it we want photos <ok>

The mods didn't sticky it, not good enough is it!?

Is it true that currently KFC have a burger with 2 pieces of chicken as the bread in states at the moment?
