I remember when he signed-he was a next level type of player blah blah. I did say hed only played a couple of games all season, was highly over rated with a crap record in England. At least he kept up his pap efforts in England. Next level...no. Not that clown<yikes>

Load of crap, spoke to the lad at the POTY night and he was condifent he was staying for at least another year playing, and hinted at staying on at SAFC in a non player role too.

On topic, Muntari (as I've said numerous times) is a shadow of the player he was at Pompey, and only looking for a payday and a way out of a team he gets no game time. Send him back, he's done nowt except a fluked OG last game.

What was he at Pompey? saw him 3 times he scored one good goal. Only 4 i think in all his time in England. Was amazed when Milan bought him.overrated, expensive turkey in my opinion.

we may still sign him. we let him go back as we dont want to commit yet and want to sit down and review over the summer. if he played one more game we were tied into a permanent £7m deal with massive wages

it may still happen over the summer

I'm surprised none of you have even mentioned that this means you're yet another man down with your already razor thin squad for the last two games.

He ain't great but he isn't awful. The main reason though is that it's another man down. When injuries get so bad, it becomes a case of simply having enough men to fill the gaps if subs need to be made, or if more players get injured.
