I'm no Malouda fan but if what has been said is true I don't see how he's a mercenary. He wanted to leave for free and the club wouldn't let him. The club are in the wrong (as per) not him.

Won't shed any tears when he's gone but his performance in the 4-1 win against West Ham in 09/10 was the best individual performance I've personally seen from a Chelsea player in years.

Let him go now then

he was a very frustrating player, as district said he can be a great player and a match winner but he seemed to spend most of his time running into cul de sacs. He played best under hiddink.

I think he was a good player for us, he didn't always put in a shift towards the end but was on of our better squad players for much of he's tenure. <ok>

Not heard that. Where did that come form?

Crap now and well past it, could still have had a use this season though in the odd game. Has shown a lot of maturity with being put with the youth squad though, so fair play to him and i wish him all the best. Was great under Hiddink and quality under Carlo but apart from that was pretty rubbish for us

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...orent-Malouda-met-Rafael-Benitez-Chelsea.html

It was a more credible source than the Mail but It's the best I could find, read it somewhere about a week ago.

District that link says that Malouda rejected several Premier League clubs and that we were eventually prepared to let him go to Santos for a reduced price, but that they couldn't afford his wage demands. This transfer window we've been prepared to let him go for free. I don't see what the club has done wrong here. The only one in the wrong is Malouda who seems happier to earn a shiit load of money for doing nigh on fuck all, than playing football. He's pretty much everything wrong with the modern day footballer.

Completely agree

Doesn't sound like a player that would be any good in a relegation scrap. We've got enough useless pricks on high wages as it is (although 'Arry does seem to be pulling a few of them into line).

Last thing we need is another one these: http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/190962-Boswinga?highlight=jose+bosingwa

Good riddance, never liked him one bit if I'm honest, had one good spell under hiddink but apart from that...
