Well I never!
Was it the wrong kind of snow last Friday?
Well I never!
Was it the wrong kind of snow last Friday?
9,897 at the KC today for the 'MASSIVE' 'Ull and rovers derby......rugby town my arse!!
Roads were just as bad round here yesterday but the big difference is the amount of traffic. Friday was mental, I said on the other thread it took my mate 4 hours to get out the city centre and 5 miles out in the country, but that was around 2/3pm when schools and businesses were sending everyone home and by 6 it had gone quiet so Leicester fans could most certainly get to the stadium by 7:45 if they wanted to. They didn't, simple as that. I know a lot of season ticket holders they just couldn't e arsed because of the cold weather.

The amount of traffic was still bad at 6:30 around town, i was driving on the outskirts of leicester town centre near Narborough road on way to ground nd it was hardly moving, I got to ground at 7:45 so if game wasn't pt bck i would of missed start of game
I not defending all fans it was their choice nt to go bt sme fans couldn't make it due to weather nd roads
I just wanted to point out that one part of why there was bad attendence for the foxes nd a good attendence for tigers (leicester) was the difference in amount of time authorities had to gt it sorted
Reading the statement from their club, it sounds like they share your view about some just not being arsed. I guess it's hard to think otherwise when they point out that the players, officials, Police, stewards and away fans got through.![]()
LCFC players and staff parked their cars miles away from ground and walk / ran to ground
And this was a non starter for fans I take it?
Let them think what they like.
They'll only have 15k for their next home game.
We wont even have that - its a cup game with our stiffs vs Toby Tyke.

like i said before in another post i nt defending fans that choice nt to go it was their decision
but some fans live in the countryside so would of took them longer nd then get back home late at night in bad conditions, i had drive bck to Groby nd that wasn't a easy drive bck
