Jesus lol Is that a training dvd...

    Liked Brenda's comment Yesterday..

"We're 24 points behind United now," he said. "But we're not 24 points behind in terms of quality. The points difference is due to the squad. Once we close the gap in the squad in the coming transfer windows, I've got great faith that we'll be able to challenge."

Read somewhere about him being the David Brent of footy...Unless their owners get the gun out at the end of the season I think Its going to be a long few years for them <laugh>

Not that we are light years ahead mind but lets be fair we are skint <wah> They have spent money to be where they are! <yikes>

As I told you a couple of weeks ago went to Goodison last week for the Swansea game (ps, it was a free thing thru work I CERTAINLY didnt pay ).

Impressions, f**k me its cramped, fair do's Im 6ft 3 and 14 st but its a good job didnt take a cat cos I couldnt have swung it

About the team, you have some good players LB,SP,MF and some not as good, seems Naismith is the whipping boy.Think the Swans gave you far too much respect, they just sat back and played counter, they have tried to play v us,home crowd possibly quiter than Anfield, we have more songs we regularly sing, away fans cert quiter, the away fans sing there hearts out at Anfield. Honestly think we are a better side than you in open play, poss 5 - 10 pts a season better, but the reason you are higher and will prob finish higher, is set pieces and crosses where we are sh*te.

This kind of comment winds me up tbh, as it's pure delusion mate.

If you take away the goals scored from Gerrards set pieces how many points would you have?

You keep the ball without creating much, that's your problem, you lose games but 'win' the passing. Aimless passing around the back line & centre circle before Stevie plays one of his 'Hollywoods'.

We'll finish ahead of you because we've got a better team & more astute manager <ok>

wouldn't draw anything from that game, the fact it was the first time in 18 that we'd kept a clean sheet and first time we'd fail to score in about 20 therefore wasn't really a true reflection on the way we play.

not much point in talking about the crowd either, it was a drab 0-0, neither fans were going to be enthusiastic.

5-10 pts a season better lol:grin: Nice try!! <doh> "your" better side Is already 6pts adrift so you need to pull out an 11-16pt swing In the remaining games to stop yourself looking a tool ha ha:grin:

All of our rivals are playing tomorrow really and West Brom are playing later today.

I see R£my has scores though.

Could do with beating Southampton, Liverpool getting closer now. Although I'm expecting that after the two league games after this weekend is over that we will be about nine points ahead of them. They're good against struggling sides this year, it's a different story when they come up against any half decent teams.

Chelsea 2-1 Arsenal, I'll take that, never thought that anyone but Chelsea would get 3rd this season.

Looking at the pitch conditions at White Hart Lane, this game could be fun!

I think this weekend, it's just really really important we win, if Tottenham win here though you'll struggle to see how they won't the 4th.

Aye it was matth_22 's fault they lost. Well I'm saying it is.

Quite a good job Arsenal lost, they've got their 'game in hand' on Wednesday. Hopefully we do the business tomorrow and they're 6 points behind us.

sorry, i was gutted when Dempsey scored, felt like a defeat, still a point is better than nothing.
