Any normal intelligent person can quite easily interpret what I said. It's only infantile morons, like you, that would choose to take issue with it.
Well the reaction, no, but the point was I believe he knew Saurez dived and much like what we all thought, which is "he will do anything to win", so if Brenda was as big on ethics as he states, he would have dealt with the issue before hand, not waiting for Suarez to come out with an admission.
Rodgers admits Suarez dives!! Wow, latest news in that he is now claiming the Pope to be Catholic and that bears **** in the woods!!
Brendan Rodgers: happy to slander players of other teams, which leads to them being booked for getting clattered for the remainder of the season, but when one of his own players admits to diving - something Suarez has a well-deserved reputation for - he goes ballistic. He's finding new ways to act like a tool on a regular basis.
When did Liverpool become the Stan Boardman of football? Not funny, yet still hilarious with racist overtones.
By the way spuds, love the quote in your banner. Quite ironic seeing as you only ever aim for fourth.
That's probably because, given current realities, our expectations are realistic. Unlike you mousers!..
That is precious and equally as hilarious. As most fair minded, and more importantly sane, people would tell you, after RVP he is far and away the next best striker in the league. He's been that good plenty of knowledgeable people in the game, who have played it, won medals and not just sat behind a screen and therefore have earned the right to have an opinion worth listening to, are saying its RVP and Luis way out in front so far for player of the year (which is why odious Xenophobic 'little Englanders' like Martin Samuel have already started a campaign to make sure Suarez doesn't win it as it would be "bad for the game"). Were lucky to have players the calibre of RVP and Suarez playing every week in our league, and if we want to stay ahead of La Liga and the Bundesliga, we need these players to stay here as long as possible, regardless of who we support. I speak to plenty of Spurs fans on another forum and TBF, most of them admit they hate him, but they would love to have him playing for their team and some even expressed disappointment that Spurs passed up the chance of getting him because the scouts said he was too similar to VDV. If people here are so partisan and so biased that they can't recognise the fact that Suarez is world class, then I just actually feel sorry for you.
Sewerez is without doubt a good player but short of being the world class superstar Mouser lovers such as Jamie Redknapp, Hansen and Thompson etc proclaim. He very rarely does anything good against the better teams and top class defenders (he spent a vast amount of time in Ledley King`s pocket for eg), whereas RVP for eg is proven against all levels of opposition. Truly great players don`t have to habitually dive, kick people, deliberately handle the ball, gouge eyes, bite people, over react at every given opportunity, feign injury etc in order to succeed. If Sewerez is the superstar that every Mouser and his dog laud to high heaven, then he wont be playing for a mid table club like Liverpoo for much longer.
Steve Bruce played football and won medals and once called Henderson "the best young player in England"(or words to that effect) it doesn't make him right. It's really not RVP and Suarez out in front for Player of the Year, it's just RVP. Suarez is like Bale, Michu, Fellaini, Mata, Cazorla and Ba - great players having great seasons. RVP is a World Class player having another season where he's showing that he's unplayable.
Spot on - former footballers can be every bit as deluded as the rest of us. Suarez is a very good footballer but I donlt think he's out on his own as second behind RVP. Musrt admit I'm looking fiorward to seeing how he gets on today though and what impact BR's comments have made. I suspect they'll be water off a duck's back but......
Wasnt just Steve Bruce who rated Henderson, couple of years ago he was on Fifas best 11 young players on the planet list. I also disagree with what you say about RVP, think Suarez, Bale, Michu, Mata and possibly Fellaini could all be close. Not taking anything away from Van Persie, but he is not the only world class player in the Prem
Maybe they could but they'd have to perform better than RVP until the end of the season and in more big games which will be tough.
