Not for me. If we sign 2 strikers, then he may be an option, but I think we'll only sign 1. Hopefully not Saha.

At 34 I can't see him wanting to drop to Championship if I'm honest, I can see a club like Reading having him.

Is it just me that thinks Saha is over-rated?

He was signed by Man Utd because he always seemed to score against them for Fulham. He's done nothing of note since then apart from live off the fact that he played for Man Utd, and get to know a lot of other clubs' physios

I agree about the physios bit, but he ok for Everton.

Apart from the start of his career and his time at Sunderland, his career stands at roughly 1 in 3.
No doubt he will have lost his pace but he's a clever player and "should" get goals in our team.
I think we need a Poacher. Someone to get to the front post for easy tap-ins.

He scored 3 in 9 for Spurs last season.

He is a good finisher and alongside someone with pace i think he would be good on a short term deal

Seems we've done that before. Deano!

Proves beneficial when it comes to that point of the Season when heads are needed to be kept up, but also not to let the side get too complacent.

Saha knows where the goal is and would offer experience.

Different style player to Deano, but same effect. Play him up top alongside Prosser with Aluko on the wing in Elmo's position.

Honestly you could do a hell of a lot worse.

You need a poacher and he did that for Fulham, Yanited and Everton. 1 in 3 record (there abouts) in the Premier League is not to be laughed at.

True he hasn't done well recently but thats because he hasn't been 'top dog' for years at a club. He'd be that for you guys.

I've also not heard about any attitude problems or anything from him either. Plus i'm fairly sure he still has pace.
