Silva thinks one more defeat and they can kiss the title goodbye. Woolly thinking because they and Man U will both drop points at White Hart Lane. We narrowly lost to City after being ahead for quite a while so with home advantage I can see a result for us.

District,if these things even themselves out then you've a hell of a lot of bad luck to come. And what do you mean WITH A LITTLE LUCK? It's all you've had all bloody season.

City play Fulham at home so that's a forgone conclusion, gap will be 4 points come Saturday afternoon and Spurs should be able to at least draw at home to United. So that's the gap at 5 points barring unlikely results. I'm not so sure why people think the title race is over. On paper Spurs and Everton away are probably the only away games City have left where they are likely to drop points, they are more than capable of going to Old Trafford and winning with a full strength XI. I think it will go down to the wire again.

Having battered Barca 3-2 on aggregate I'm not so sure that is luck tots. Bayern were lucky to take us to Pens as well ;)

No but it should have been. Barca were extremely lucky with that first goal which broke to Busquets nicely.

If the flamboyant display against Stoke was anything to go by where we forced Stoke into error after error then Barca could have been onto a hiding ;)

Not exactly rivals but I'll be watching the WBA v Hoops match with interest tonight. Hope Arry wins it.

I see Kompany's red card has been overturned. Good job, was a fantastic tackle. Lights touch paper and walks away!

No argument from me. Bloody ridiculous decision by Dean. He capitulated under pressure from the Goon players & crowd to " even the score" I would have been surprised and disappointed if that decision had not been reversed.

Football remains a contact sport - for now!!..

If Kompany's tackle wasn't a foul then Wilshere should have been booked for a reckless challenge - he definitely didn't get the ball and collided with the faultless Kompany at high speed. Too much to hope that this will be corrected retrospectively I suppose - he was already on a yellow......

A stupid question (though there are no stupid questions. Just stupid people. With questions): If a player wins the ball cleanly, why isn't the fault for any collision always on the other player? Who had the ball seems to me ancient history. What matters is who has the ball. If a player realizes he's going to lose the ball, he has to get out of the way or risk the consequences.

It is easier for a player to get out of the way when the opposing player comes in with one foot or the other as most do. When Kompany comes in, he does like to come in with both and at speed which made it very difficult for Jack Wiltshire to get out of the way.

Brentford looked to be heading into a 4th round match against Chelsea but former Bees 'keeper Paul Smith has apparently been having a blinder and now Southend have equalised. Bloody typical :(

    Leeds have equalised too now.
