Either way we will know something more concrete in the morning.
Then, if he goes there onto the next target we go.

The fact is while all this is going on we will have done nothing about other signings!!! we need to get a win against Reading and Villa and I'm saying this now WE WONT.

If it's any consolation guys, there are plenty on our board who think we're mad to continue splashing the cash when we look as good as down.
It would appear that the QPR board have decided to gamble more of their money in order to try to stay up and reap the huge financial rewards that staying in the Premier League this season will bring.
I've always liked Newcastle and I hope we both stay up this season (I'm sure you will!).

If he comes to us then you can blame Tash for WUMMING on our board! Tash's comments have come back to haunt him.

For us Ashley doesn't care about being relegated as we runa tight ship - In fact if we went down we could sell a few players and make enough money easily. If you guys stay up the future is very bright but for us It's always going to be like this I guess.

We will not smash our wage structure for anyone, and rightly so.
If he goes there to the bottom club, to play in front of 16,000 fans then good luck to him.

WE might be the bottom club but we are a London club and that goes a long way. Our owners make Roman at Chelsea look like a pauper. TF has said if we go down we will survive finacially (although we all know we want to stay up). Anyway whoever the player chooses he chooses and there is nothing we can do.

I would also say it was a bit of a dig knocking our 16k gates as you must have a short memory as i have seen 8K at Newcastle, so less of the digs because over the years in Prem/Championship/Lge 1 our gates have been pretty consistant. <ok>

Could back fire on us though mate. You're right that if we stay up, things could get very good, but if we go down we could be in several colours of ****e!

Just completely past caring now..... I really don't give a stuff anymore who comes and who goes. There is no morality in football anymore. The stupid sums of money thrown around, even by clubs up to their necks in debt is just obscene and has totally corrupted the sport.
Much as l love football, and believe me l really do, there are times when l am ashamed of what it has become.
