He is "The Holy Goalie" and the only keeper who hasn't cost us points this season and aguably our best player yesterday.

Ha, I think I kind of know what you mean: seeing all those people dissing the "wacko fatass lazy smoking drunktard" and spending months debating their grave goalkeeping problem which will surely send their team down, not knowing the solution was always right in front of them, sitting on the bench- priceless
Beddytare, Chilco, that's nice you liked my post, I may occasionaly keep you informed about Boruc as I pressue he'll now be in the center of attention
For example, a newspaper "Przeglad Sportowy" had an interview with Bartosz Białkowski, who befriended Kelvin Davis during his time at Southampton. Białkowski claims Kelvin is full aware why he had lost his place between the posts. [According to Bialkowski, Kelvin says that] By watching Artur during the training, you can clearly see why this guy was once an absolute top goalie, mentioned amongst the best in the world. He clears shots most other keepers wouldn't even attempt to try to stop. He has astounding power in his legs and incredible agility.
Białkowski is also full of praise for Adkins: He's an incredible person. One of the most optimistic people I've met. Intelligent, very well-versed, great at talking to players, he's at their call even in the middle of the night.
He's not so positive about the Saint's defenders, though: All the time everyone keeps talking about the keepers yet noone seems to notice the level of the defense line. In the match with Chelsea it looked as though the defenders never even made it to the stadium!

He was absolutely immense. We seriously need to learn how to slow a game down when we go one ahead though.
Definitely man of the match for the game against Villa.
The game before that against Arsenal he was shaky as hell in the first part.. Which I don't blame him for because our fans haven't exactly given him the easiest of times since he's been here. Glad he managed to pick it up over the game though.
Against Villa he was something else, and IMO easily our best keeper. I think with more game time, he could easily be a decent keeper.. For me there is a presence about him and during that Villa game I felt confident about him in the goal. I can't say I've felt confident about any goalie between the sticks this season.
Boruc is definitely the way forward for me.. And I think we should try and get Gazza out on loan somewhere, he is a real raw talent, just needs the time and experience to flourish.

That time wasting can be a double edged sword, if they had scored in that extra, extra time he may not have been so popular at all.
I didn't mean through time wasting, I meant by keeping possession instead of hoofing it straight back to them! Don't feel like we managed to get it into the corners enough.
Watching the United v Liverpool game, although United had their backs against the wall like we did at the end of the second half, they always managed to find Welbeck to run it up the park and waste some time. We just seemed to keep piling pressure on ourselves.

No it's a fair point and I was just being facetious. We have struggled to hold onto leads at the death.
Hasn't been Saints in the last couple of seasons. We had to get used to supporting a team that weren't phased by going behind, because we knew we would score a couple and then hold on. This year we are back to the Old Saints again, but hopefully are turning a corner on that.
We need to keep attacking once we've taken the lead.. We tend to sit back too deep after and let them come in waves. This takes my blood pressure through the roof.
We need to find the balance between attacking and controlling the ball. Once we take the lead we should be the ones dictating the game and the pressure should be on the opponent as they are the ones who are trailing, but it never is. We are always the ones under huge pressure and pinned in our own box, and usually every time we touch the ball it is either a panicky clearance or a flash in the pan counter-attack. Given how much we pride ourselves on our 'passing' approach, our passing frequently falls to pieces when under pressure. It's not the way to hang on to leads and as you say, is not pleasurable watching. Welcome to the forum, by the way.
The only thing that worried me is the saves that he made that went straight to there strikers, it was lucky they are off form and missed the two chances with the goal open. But i agree he is the best we've got and will no doubt get better with more game time.
