Boruc was outstanding today. Just got back from the game and he made one outstanding save in particular and was far more solid and commanding today. He was slightly fortunate that Benteke messed up the rebound from his great save.

Artur signed for Saints until June. Before pre-season begins. He was previously a free agent after deciding to leave Fiorentina.
So he now has 4 months left on his deal.
I can see us getting him to sign an extension and soon. He has improved with every game and if there is still more to come, and I think that there is, we can't afford to let him walk away.
I think Boruc could do a good job for us, but there's no need to go overboard. He's signed for this season...I need a few more matches before making any rash decisions.
Quite agree - i have prefered SKD all season myself, but Boruc has done OK since getting back into the team and deserves his run. But lets just take it one game at a time and not get him too over hyped just yet !
It's not just the cross, he wouldn't shake hands with their players either.

That is one of his greatest attributes, he is very good at the old 'Making yourself big', he gets down and makes a great body shape, almost doing the splits with arms out wide. Some keepers attempts are kind of flailing and limp, Boruc is very strong and decisive in those situations. Back in his Celtic days when I watched him, his shot saving was always good but his 1on1 ability was always what really impressed me, with most keepers you back the striker most of the time, but Boruc always seemed the most likely and most dominant party in those days. Hopefully that form, confidence and dominance can be rekindled!
I think that because of his mentality and hence not knowing to expect from him, he'll either be the one who keeps us up or the one who sends us down. I think it's more likely to be the former.
