What I was trying to say is it doesnt sound as if you would ever qualified for Income Based.
One of the exclusions is if you have a partner working over 24 hours a week.
If you make a claim for it but dont have contibutions so dont qualify for Contributory then if your partner is working over 24 hours you wont get Income Based either.
You paid your stamp and got a year. It used to be 2 years.
If you hadnt you wouldnt have got Income Based. As you were never entitled to it.(or from what your earlier post suggests)

Aber, but is anarchy the answer? Democracy only works when all those given the vote use that vote. Far better than communism in my book, one only need look at Russia and North Korea to see it isn't as good for the working class.

Twice i've taken the dwp to court and twice i've won, I have even been placed into some kind of group whatever that's all about but it doesn't seem to generate any help
surely there must be some kind of back up plan for those who can't get jobseekers because of health issues.Hardly a week goes by without hearing that someones fiddled the system reaping huge amounts of money they shouldn't get, I'm not I hasten to add of the mind to claim for anything I'm not entitled to but I get sick to my stomach hearing about migrants demanding bigger houses, more money and can't even speak the ****ing language.

On a more younger view we can see that this country was once a world leader and put in place a system to look after the people who were born here when they got down on their luck but that has been sucked dry by all these so called immgrants that have never put a penny in the system and they know how to drip the last drop of it!!!!!

Aber, agreed anarchy exists and can be a means to an end. Your example of Sweden being a good example of Sweden sitting up and taking notice of an appalling act of violence by an extremist. But for better or worse, this is now an old headline in yesterday's news and consigned to the history books.
Another example is the Arab uprising especially in Egypt. The Egyptians overthrew a western backed regime and now have a Muslim controlled government voted in by the people. This is a very fragile area at the moment and will fragment very quickly as the non-Muslim voter does not agree with the actions of the elected leader who thought he could run the country as a dictator and not a democratically elected spokesperson.
The point I'm trying to make is there will always be the class divide be it a democracy, communist, Muslim state or even an Amazonian tribe, they all have a hierarchy.

there does seem to be something fundamentally wrong with the welfare state both from its administration and those eligible.
The farce that is child benefit is an example. a couple can earn just short of £100k with their double tax benefits as well and get the payment, yet a single earner of £60k doesn't get but can't use the spouses tax allowance. I was listening to an interview about it the other day and someone was saying that £32M is paid to Polish mothers lving in Poland who's husbands work in the UK. How the hell can that be justified!
The system has become so convoluted and complex that it's hard to work out who is entitled to what and must cost a fortune to process so more goes in wages to process the system than the system pays out.
There are so many different types of benefits its hard to work out who is who and what is what. How can it be right that someone can claim £40k a year in benefits when the minimum wage pays about £12k? where is the incentive to work.

What I don't like is for ESA my wife’s income is taken in account because we are married, but when I asked if she could claim my income tax allowance against her income (I have no income) I was told we are regarded as separate people.
How can you be a couple for one and not for the other?
If my wife could claim my £8,105 income tax allowance at 20% tax it would be £1,621 per year (£32.17 per week), not much but could help.

Sussex and Rhondda...first of all, I am very sorry to hear of your problems and the very best of luck for the future. Don't give up and keep the grip. We are all (I am sure) here for you and willing to do anything we can to help.
At the same time, I am afraid that this government and their old mates LOVE to hear about these extremely isolated instances of immigrants getting millions and people on the dole, never working, who earn millions too. They probably don't exist but if they do, they are getting what they need. They then use it to beat the crap out of everyone else. THAT is the real issue. Thatcher did it (may she rot in hell, when she gets there) and Cameron is following.
