My plan is two games of squash a week and one swim. That should suffice for me.

Diet wise I kicked off the new working year with a McDonalds breakfast, was starving mid morning and drove past one and coulen't resist. That's me on that front though, one **** breakfast a week is all I'll allow.
I'd already had porridge with blueberries, banana and manuka honey but it was at 7.00am so I was Lee Marvin by half ten!

Doing well on the no booze front, if I make it to my birthday, a week on Saturday, I will be having a few then and also the following weekend on a pre booked day/night out in Bristol. Other than those two days I plan to abstain till Feb.

Beef stew for tea tonight, left over from yesterday.

Something with chicken breast it would seem. She is on weightwatchers so I'm not allowed to cook, the food she dishes up is great but I end up starving so having some **** snack just before bed, which kind of spoils things. Big chunk of cheddar last night!

I'm also starving in the day all the time so do likewise, I've become a bit addicted to these boxes of spicy chicken wings from a local Spar, they're bloody marvelous but an't be good for the diet for ****'s sake.

It's pissing down again, can't be arsed to post that on the weather thread.
