Was looking forward to next Monday weeks game v Spurs under lights but thanks to Kieron Dyer earning us a replay scoring a last gasp goal against WBA the first one in 6 years it wont be taking place.
The possibility of a Cup replay must have been considered when the game was moved from Saturday for Sky. There must be a plan to play the replay on another date?
Good, gives us the chance to play before you for a change![]()
Excellent news, that means United will be playing their third game in 7 days when we play them, whilst we'll be playing our second game in 8 days.
With the game moved and on sky hopefully Tottenham will sell their away allocation of 3,200 tickets. West Ham only had just over 1,000 fans at LR and so far have been one of the the worst supported away clubs at LR apart from Swansea and WBA.
I agree its expensive and ridiculous but Chelsea were charging £60 at Stamford Bridge last week for our 1-0 victory but have to say its worth it when you win there. Gone are the days when it was a couple of quid to stand in the Loft or in the days of Hoddle, Archibald and Crooks to stand on the Shelf when Tottenham were and still are my second team. (The restricted view tickets arent as bad as you think though)
.Looking forward to the game and hope of a repeat result of last season. If Tottenham under estimate us as Chelsea did you will get beat but good luck after saturday in getting back into the champions league. Would love Spurs to nick 3rd or 4th place over Chelsea.

Home teams have really done poorly in early kick offs this year, certainly ones that I remember anyway.
