u should learn a lesson from this post, dont be so cocky!!! look forward to at least 3 points off u again next year!!

You sound just like your "hilarious" matchday announcer

That half time "entertainment" was piss-poor - walking some pensioner around the pitch while people clapped in sympathy!!

Unbelievably embarrassing

You're confusing sympathy with not having a clue who he was. Then again, they hadn't heard of Furlong either.

Yes, that's why he was paraded in front of your fans prior to the League Cup game, the vast majority of whom (I was in the home end) hadn't a clue who he was.

And indeed Watford why would they? Well before the Russian millions poured into SB and the plastics followed......

any one would think you lot just won a trophy or something

We're actually parading the inaugural West London Super Cup on Saturday at 2:59 on a open top bus from The Springbok to the William Hill on South Africa Road. It's a life-size bronze statue of Shaun Wright-Phillips' mental celebrations.

i remember him well, was when i used to get over there,

Chelsea
"At the end of the 1993–94 season, he became Chelsea's record signing in a £2.3million deal, and that season he helped them reach the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup semi-finals (losing to Real Zaragoza by a single goal) as well as finish 11th in the Premier League. However, the arrival of Ruud Gullit and Mark Hughes during the 1995 close season reduced his first team opportunities, and following the arrival of Gianluca Vialli a year later he opted to move on. During his time at Chelsea he scored a 18 goals in 85 matches in all competitions. slightly better than that of £50 million signing Fernando Torres, who so far has 18 in 86."

says it all really

In fairness the proper fans and Season Ticket holders etc tend not to do League Cup games. The LC games are filled with tourists and once a season day trippers so wouldn't surprise me. If your talking about the Chelsea v QPR game I was at that as well and do vaguely remember.

That game was our lowest crowd for three years and tickets went on general sale too
