It's also been reported that they would be willing to sell him as long as he is loaned back for the rest of the season - I can see that being something we might go for if we can avoid a bidding war in June.
 
I don't see him figuring in our first team plans for at least a couple of years, so may aswell loan him back if we manage to get him.

I'm still unconvinced by him myself, but I'm sure SAF and his scouts have watched him more than I have:biggrin:

Lampard’s agent Steve Kutner confirmed that the England midfielder’s stellar Stamford Bridge career will finish when his contract expires in June.

Kutner said: “Chelsea executives told Frank in Japan during the Club World Cup then again reconfirmed with me after the Everton victory that in no circumstances will he be offered a new contract to stay at the club after the end of this season.
 
They want 20mil for him.. thats ridiculous.. upto 10m may be but not that much...

Anyone remember the last big name signed from crystal palace?? cant remember his name but spurs signed him paid a lot of money for him and he never started a game and now plays in the lower divisions was only a few years ago..

Routledge went there i know that and Bostock, Palace were very unhappy with Tottenham about that, on Zaha, i agree sweats, £10 million + add ons and send him back to Palace until the end of the season.
