Went for the rump, half the price and twice the taste.
Pepper sauce with it and bloody as hell.

Two pints of Old Hooky to wash it down and am having a Hobgoblin now.

Cheese and biscuits and bread and pate for tea tonight.

I always go for the rump. If its good quality beef you can't beat it for flavour..

My oven is on its last legs. Just had to repair it for the fourth time. Thankfully just about finished the ham when it packed up. My cheesecake looks ace. Not tried it yet.

****ing hell, my mulled wine is proper tasty tonight!
I thought you weren't doing the Christmas dinner anyway so can you make do with no oven?
Not if you're doing cheese puffs I suppose.

Happy Christmas anyway, may you eat and drink for England.

Today I am having left over turkey and beef, naturally. The ham is also being cooked.

My girlfriend did an epic job yesterday I must say, it really was a top Christmas tea.

I've managed to get out of going off visiting her friend and kids today so will be mostly watching the boxing day races.

If anyone is interested in a cheeky each way bet in the King George, I'm on the Giant Bolster and got him at tens. (now 7's)

Great bet that was, stormed home in last place half a mile behind the rest.

<ok>

Today I will be eating less cheese.

Made the obligatory Turkey curry a couple of days ago, that was really good.

Think I'll do a spagetti carbonara with the remaining ham tomorrow night, tonight is lasagne!

I know there's a thread for this but, by ****, it's pissing down.

****ing hell, page three.
Anyone would think Matthew was back or something.

Anyway, no doubt we've all eaten and drank a load of good stuff and load of **** so what's your food and drink plans?

I'm doing the Dryathlon. So far, so good. I've managed a day and a half! There's troubled times ahead though.

Roast chicken thighs with pea and goats cheese risotto for tea tonight. I refuse to pour that remaining half bottle of Sauvignon blanc down the sink so I got to use it somehow.

He's all over our board aswell, but the amount of threads are at an acceptable level so far.

just look forward to monday, i'll be back in work and it'll be quiet in here, also gonzo, i've posted a Blur video for you to listen to on the music thread if you want to listen to it.

I'm not drinking for a while. Though I have loads of booze left.

Doing a detox diet next week. Haven't got all the details of the exact nature of the diet..

Glad I'm not back at work til tomoro. I've just had breakfast in bed eggs bacon and fried bread..
