I don't see it. City are declining, they've only scored 12 away goals all season, even Fulham have scored more.

I just don't see where City will improve to significantly reduce that gap. We're half way into the season now and Aguero has shown no signs of recapturing last seasons form. Yaya Toure will be off to ACON and that'll be a huge blow.

I can't see United winning it from this point onwards. Chelsea still have a slim chance of 2nd

So not Utd, not City Chelsea in second so............Spurs for the title <cheers>

How is Ferguson allowed to get away with his behaviour towards Dean at the start of the 2nd half? Ridiculous.

From what I saw on MOTD, I think Fergie was a disgrace today. He harangued the referee, the linesman, the fourth official. From what I saw, he pumped a liberal supply of F's into all of them! As PNP says, how he continues to get away with it, is beyond me!..

I see the Americans are putting forward a petition to kick him out of the country. The poor Arsenal fan was only speaking his mind about the bomb happy bastards of the National Rifle association.
I agree with him.The American gun people should be told that they killed off the Indians so guns are not needed!!!!!!?
Piers Morgan that is.

The Americans are guaranteed their guns by their Constitution.

Children are murdered by order of the Senate.

I never thought I would find myself agreeing with Piers Morgan. Apart from his being a Gooner, I've always considered him to be a smug, arrogant, pompous twat. However, he is to be applauded for telling these people what they don't want to hear.
As for the thousands of morons who want him deported for daring to question their "right" to go on massacring each other, words fail me.
I lived in the USA for 4 years - quite a while ago now - and I did own a gun. There's probably more guns than people in that country and it's far too late to even consider banning guns ( quite apart from the constitution) but some strict control of automatic weapons, & the like, is urgently needed.

The irony is the West prides itself on democracy and freedom of speech. The only place true democracy exists is in Switzerland

Freedom of speach is stupid. There are things you can say and things you can't and that's why people are rightly starting to get in **** for what they say on Twitter. The NRA are also stupid though but there's not much you can do to stop them being stupid, you just have to ignore them and change the laws on gun control regardless.

How did we get on this topic, by the way?

I don't know YV, but they're armed, so don't make any loud noises or sudden movements and back out of the room...

Actually, they aren't - partly because the Second Amendment is part of the Bill of Rights, and partly because the actual text of the Second Amendment reads:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

In other words, it says the US can have an army. They have an army. The NRA are not part of that army, nor are the indoctrinated gun nuts of their membership.

All in all, the US Constitution is a shoddy piece of legislation for three reasons:
1.) They forgot to include freedom of speech within it
2.) They've had to amend it 27 times
3.) Any other Western nation with a constitution don't use a document that's over 200 years old, they draft a new constitution every so often - for example, France has had 17 constitutions since 1776

Ferguson's escaped a charge, again.
Berates the officials repeatedly yesterday and claims that an opposing player could've killed someone by kicking a ball at him earlier in the week and nothing's done.
Can't say that I'm surprised, but it just looks bent, frankly.

I'll sign that one! <ok>

I've felt the same since he was the Mirror editor that continued to publish lies about the Army torturing civilians despite all evidence to the contrary. Reinforced by his performance during Leveson (how the hell has he gotten away with it?) Utterly confused how he gets to be a "talent" judge also. His statement on gun control is probably the best thing he's said, so kudos on that, but not enough to want him back.

Through my extensive travels in the US though, I know there's enough people there who would consider it justified to kill him for his statement - they are that extreme.
