Home crowds have been consistently disappointing this season. However, our recent run of form, combined with the usual festive groundswell of interest in watching footy, could lead to a couple of bumper attendances over Christmas. My conservative predictions are as follows: Leicester - 18,921 L**ds - 21,347 A good bet or way off the mark?
Well I'm not sure how many tickets we have given them, but it should be around 3500 each. Going on, xmas, decent games and playing well I'm going for Leicester 21,000 and Leeds 22,500.
A friend of mine in Hull who usually is pretty close on these type of things said almost all tickets gone for the Leicester game and reckons over 23,000 boxing day
Well I've made the effort to get to every game now over the festive period inc. Blackpool away. Can not bloody wait! 7 points out of the next 9 would be incredible.
If there are will the stewards and police, so keen on City fans abiding by every rule and regulation, enforce the one making it a breach of ground regulations for away fans to be in the home sections and eject them? I'm willing to bet that they won't. But will be quite ready to eject any City fans objecting to their presence, thus justifying their presence and covering up their unwillingness to deal with away fans we have seen so often before.
I think depending on how many Leicester bring around 19000 and Leeds 21500, but its the points which are more important
IF both Lesta and TWS sell out there allocations then there should be no reason why both gates should not be 24,000 plus.
