This is off topic but if any of you want to know how flooded our area is this video we filmed of me flying my Bulldog Paramotor at Hull Aero Club near Leven will enlighten you plus i have put some cracking AC/DC tracks on it UP THE TIGERS.

Blimey Para,your'e not one to sit at home watching the tele are you. Is it normal for punters on this board to go out and do interesting things. ?

my concern is, you posted that video on the 8th of december on that site, so unless I traveled back in time, I cant see how its a reflection on current rain levels, but I however applaud the effort :)
 
What camera do you use. I'm getting a Go Pro Hero 3 silver for my Chrimbo present. (I bought it she wrapped it).
It's for my scuba diving vids.

Scuba diving ? First Para,now Mel. Come on now,you can't all be that interesting. Who's going tell us all about their astronaut training then ?
 
I'm currently toasting an English muffin which I plan to put Brussels pâté on.
 
I reckon with a bit of practice you could become quite good at flying that thing. Pity you mis-judged your hight and caught the flood water with your foot though...........

**** that Al. I feel sick. The only para i get is paralytically drunk to get on a 747.

The gopro is spot on the camera I used is the ATC9K but the go pro is a better quality recorder but mine has a built in screen and you do not need a housing as it is waterproof upto 60 feet allegedly it is certainly cloud proof
 
I wanted a camera that was ok at 30m and has a flat lens. I don't mind not having a review screen as I don't want to be too camera happy whilst I'm diving. I will mount the camera on my left fore arm. It's quite a problem and I will have to spend a few hours in the training pool before I can use it in anger.
 
So this explains the paramotor bit of your name. I'm guessing the next 'm' is to indicate you're male so, errr, care to explain the last bit?

Or is it an innocent mistake like when Susan Boyle advertised her new album with the hashtag #susanalbumparty?

I'm the living proof lol, it is fantastic one minute playing near the ground and the next you can be in the clouds, actually it takes a few minutes to get to the clouds.

I've always wanted to fly into the KC at half time but I don't think Health and safety would appreciate it.
