Good to see Berylson laying his cards on the table, one of the best we've had at the club and won't take any messing from W.B.A. If we don't get Woods then onwards and upwards as they say. Good to see we are keeping our options open, be interesting what he has to say about Henry and, Trotts in the next article http://www.newsatden.co.uk/10179-exclusive-millwall-will-not-increase-wood-bid-vows-berylson.html
Still think we'll get Wood - but everyone's taking stances and waiting for the other side to blink. We know what the player wants...but will he get it?
To sum up if you haven't clicked the link and read the article.... JB 'Listen, we've made an offer, if WBA want to start ****ing me around then they can stick it up their ASS.' I like the cut of his jib.
Offer is 1M plus and he has said that if thats not good enough then go **** and he has made the dosh available for Kenny to sign someone else.. he also has another player in mind so good old Kenny is on the ball
I reckomn we'll get our man. I think KJ used to be a mountie But failing that I'm sure he's got another ace up his sleeve, 5/2 the lions in ****sville tomorrow night, think the bookies got that wrong, fill ya boots
Fraid not Brisbane, just one I picked up from my cous who's always betting on the gee gees ! although I did try for the London brigade back in my youth but failed at the last interview
Morning all Here JB's answer and he says he has "no intention" of selling Liam Trotter or James Henry in January - unless he is offered crazy money. He also talks about how the club have learnt valuable lessons over Moro's sale and says, if a key player was sold again that he would reinvest the funds differently. "We've sold one significant player during my tenure," he reflected. "We'd never come into that kind of cash before. "Perhaps we didn't utilise it as well as we could have. We waited and we were too late on a lot of targets. That's why we have moved so quickly on Chris Wood." http://www.newsatden.co.uk/10309-exclusive-millwall-supremo-has-no-intention-of-selling-duo.html Only one JB - best Chairman in my lifetime
I was in until they took up my references, having walked out on Barclays bank 3 months earlier telling them "to stick their job up their arse it was ****" they opted against me....but life has lead to where I am now which is a good place and I'm happy- although going up ladders often now as a builder has made me realise I would had have to have specialised in bungalow fires only
