I did see him on the Saints Mini Bus this morning which takes academy lads to training....

Could mean he has started some light training at last ...but then others may see that as think he will be playing Saturday!

IMO - We wont see him play again this season!

 

Anyone else REALLY excited to see how well he does in the Championship? I assume he's staying...

 

I don't think that he will feature, he won't be risked unless absolutely necessary

 

Just heard he's been in Tiger Tiger in Gunwharf in the last week or so. Injuries aside, that's an interesting one given I would've thought it's quite public knowledge that he's only 17

 

Would love to see him feature but really worried it is too soon.

It must be so frustrating for a young player to have to sit & watch his team mates play.

Great he has been able to play such a big part this season.

Roll on next season for you AOC you will have plenty of time to run at & terrorise defences then.

 

Doubt he'll start...why risk him now..but could come on late to enjoy the party if all going well.

 

Maybe he will feature for a short spell on Sunday in a more relaxed way rather than a structured league game.

Like you think it would be silly to mess up his recovery which might spoil his summer rehab.

 

I do not think there will be a roll for him to play on the field on Saturday, the same for Barney, not sure about Guly. AOC should do well in the championship he did OK when United were down here and against Bolton and/or was it Blackpool. He will not get the space that he was afforded in this league though. however having seen him against the better opposition convinced he will be OK.

Would love to see him play on Saturday. He was a major part of our recovery. Even if only for ten minutes, it would be good for him to see how much we love him and want him to stay.

 

No sign of him on the mini bus today , so is he now training at Staplewood????? hmmmm ...interesting!

 

Maybe they are just keeping a close eye on his progress.

 

Can't help but think that AOC, Lallana and Spider will excell in the championship next season.

 

Well he played today..I bet everyone wanted to. We're still none the wiser about his future.

 

Should have had a hat trick today! Got a good'un tho!

 

His mum said he's going nowhere and loves it here. I heard that he was talking about how amazing it was looking out on our fans after the invasion, sounds like being involved today only increased the chance of him being here for a while yet.

And he was quality today, seriously sublime.

 

Glad to hear it, we have a nervous summer awaiting us though....

His mum was on Radio Solent after the game, and a sort of cryptic comment made about him staying "if everything works out all right" whatever that means......
