I'd have said we were the better side all game. Mainly us in possession all the way through. Some handy larkers at Watford though. Maybe we should nick that Deeney in January ;)

Sorry pal, there is no way you lot could afford him<laugh>
You say that as though we're a poor Club? <laugh>

You do realise the Allams are on the Sunday Times Rich List and definitely have the financial power to sign him. Though he'd probably be massively over-priced and we wouldn't go for him, we're more likely to go for Fraizer Campbell or Wood from West Brow (Loan at Millwall).

Just because we don't splash the cash left, right and centre spending money willy-nilly doesn't mean we don't have backing. We spend money more wisely than our fellow Championship rivals.

According to your last set of accounts the club lost £20m in one season and needed a £43m cash input. What will happen when you are only allowed to lose £5m max in a season?

Historic Premier League wages/fees and the last of those contracts expires at the end of this season, we'll have no issues with the FFP rules.

So presumably those players with big-money contracts will simply move on, hurting your aspirations in doing so? Or do you think that they will stay on reduced money?
No, the players on big wages are ****e and won't be missed. Only McShane from the Premier League days was playing today. Our loss was under stupid, previous owners. Times have moved on, new owners, better ethos, more momentum. City's going up!

The main positive was that Zola admitted we were 2nd best and didn't pass the ball well.

Previous managers would have blamed the officials/pitch or in the case of Vialli the fans.

Certainly miss FF (with injury...not buggered off or whatever was rumoured)

Hull are top 6 for a reason and it showed.

Steve Bruce did his homework on us very well.

Cant tell if your choice of word was intentional, if not thats the best line I've ever been fed.

Answer: Good Choice , Deeneys used to being nicked
