Liverpool wont buy a striker because who they want is way way WAY WAY above their current standing so they will eithr have to make do with another choice of lower quality or do without. We all know how they roll. Arsenal will buy a striker who will be dire, truly dire. like all the rest in recent times. Chelsea wont get falcao, 100% guaranteed that wont happen in january. So like Liverpool its make do or do without.
I would imagine that's what he'll be looking to strengthen in the summer. Still lack any real bite in CM especially when we play 442. Have a lot of options in CM but no balance, SAF seems to have been shifting away from using wingers this season and playing with 3 in midfield so we might have a bit of a clear out.
I would have defensive as a top priority, but if he's going to be playing 433 more often then he might go for the Sneijder type of player as well to bolster our options up front instead of Rooney always dropping deep. Not that id want Sneijder, I dislike the thought of all these big brand name players. I always prefer a Kagawa type signing to a Sneijder.
If you read what the scousers write, you realise how deluded they are. Like their manager, they think they will get 4th place. And their targets are completely unrealistic. they are a mid table team at best
City out even from EUROPA Arsenal didn't finished top..meaning we will have 1:6 chance to play RM instead of 1:7
Our game wasn't very exciting, but then it was only ever an exhibition match. I see Chelsea won not that it matters, unsual to see a team go out on 10 points. They might aswel have dropped out anyway though no team ever wins it 2 years in a row, they can atleast focus on getting back some decent league form i guess.
most importantly .. they will be 30m less .. so that will shut the fk up their arses if they wanted to buy new players or risk not qualifying for FFP
I still not sure on FFP shwan and to be honest Chelsea can spend all the money they want they still struggle to keep up with us.
UEFA are serious about it mate .. EU has approved it and since their tune has changed and now they say with confidence they can ban clubs .. look to chelsea .. they are trying hard to shrink their expenses, that the team have no depth anymore... even City stopped spending money the funny thing is chelsea made £1m profit last season without buying players and winning CL. now they need to keep this one up ... a 30m less + new signings is already a big step back and that will rule out the only door they have by claiming they are cutting their spending and going into the right direction if they didn't fit to FFP rules .. they can't do that now hhhh what is sweet is as you said, they can spend as much as they want but will be still in our tail
