No, both of them reported "seeking permission to", not that they were. Pedantic, I know.
It was always likely given the widespread belief that Rangers were their test case they were not going to give up having lost. The several thousand companies that breathed a collective sigh of relief will be watching closely.

I know a lot of you can't afford the electricity bills to heat your homes but going out and setting fire to the streets to keep warm really isn't the most constructive way of sorting out your lives

Well if people can't afford to heat their houses I would say that it is very constructive to go out and keep warm by setting a few harmless fires.
