think it could possibly be because QPR play leeds tomorrow and if tthe decision was published today, whichever way it went could lead to it all kicking off at and around the match as leeds will be affected by the punishment.

This will mean swansea or city get auto promoted but all on hold whilst they appeal. An appeal can be expedited due to the public interest and effect on tv etc re the play offs.
If appealed, I doubt a court would interfer with a finding of fact when both sides legally represented from a IRC. There would have to be an arguable point of law.
Its a fiasco, but its hapened.

i really dont see why this being global angers people. Its an issue within the footballing arena thats getting alot of attention so why cant everyone have a chance to discuss it, whether there right or wrong?
