Assou-Ekofte kebab...it could also be Assou-Ekottoman, as some players are multi-punable...like Hoummousa Dembele

SandRhodes

You're just not trying! :)

I've Googled "Greek stuff" to help me as I can't think of much that's Greek apart from Aristotle and Pythagoras at the moment and they don't fit easily into Spurs players' names :(

I will not rest until I get a good one though :D

Didn't know where else to put it.

Can any of you folks tell me if I would have a good chance of purchasing a couple of tickets for the Villa, away on boxing day?

Do they go on general sale much?

Yasou Aftokinito

Yep, but you might not be able to get them together though. The new(ish) online system makes it easier to buy tickets that are being resold through the club and I'd imagine there will be a fair few ST holders that can't make the boxing day game or just don't want to. Remember the transport will be a nightmare though as not much runs. I went a few years back for Fulham at home and ended up having to take a cab at fare and a half part of the way only to be freezing watching us play out a 0-0 bore draw <grr>

Spurlock<ok>.

On the optimistic side, the game kicks off at silly o'clock on Boxing Day and is also being televised, so one would think it won't be quite so attractive to a lot of fans. On the other hand, we do have a lot of fans within easy travelling distance of Villa Park, so maybe this will still attract them.

I see from the official site that our allocation is yet to be confirmed. This might well be so the club can gauge the level of applications so they can decide if it's worthwhile taking some purely for general sale. This is because a lot of clubs offer a full allocation only on the basis that the visiting club sell them all.

What's Stoke got to do with this game. Nice try!

hang on...YV came up with Crouch! I just added an alternative! :P

I think you'll find that all mine were current players! (although probably so bad, you couldn't tell!)
