Crouch requiring Dental work

Pulis revealed that striker Peter Crouch will probably need to undergo dental surgery after losing three teeth after a collision with Fabriccio Coliccini.

“Crouchy wanted to carry on until he saw a couple of his teeth in the doctor’s hands,” said City’s manager. “So he’ll need some work on that.”

 

It looked nasty - if that had happened to another team by a Stoke player there would have benn uproar!

Of course I've only seen the highlights over here. But, did'nt show on MOTD Crouch being subbed. Nor WHAT penalty? Didn't show that either. HOPE you enjoyed the game too.

 

Yeah MOTD didnit mention Crouch, I was at the game but didn't see what happened properly, saw him and Colochinni come together but it was down the opposite end from me.
There was one moment that amused me though, two Newcaslte players went in for a header against Jones, and sort of bounced off him, he kept going, they both hit the deck!
Don't recall a penalty incident either, and don't think remember MOTD highlighting it either.
