C'mon. This is a guy who is a C.L winner. Could have been much worse. Lets stop this over reaction, get behind the team and hopefully we'll see some improvement. The club is bigger than any one man.
He didn't give the goal did he? He wasn't even on the pitch. What the **** has that got to do with Rafa? Blame the linesman. We had the benefit of the same decision against Spurs at Wembley last year in a semi final. Presumably you weren't calling for Robbie's head. Perspective.
How? You blame Rafa for putting us out in the semis. He did nothing wrong except put us up against a team bloody hard to beat. Blame Jose for negative tactics, Cech for rushing out, the linesman for giving the 'goal', Eidur for missing a good chance at the death...
How? because you're using the 'goal' v spurs analogy. result in that game: chelsea 5 spurs 1. result in SF v Liverpool: liverpool 1 chelsea 0 so no, i was not calling for robbies head. rafa came out after the SF and said he thought it was over the line, the man is a bare faced liar. that is why he should be allowed nowhere near the Bridge
Beale--he's a temp filling in until Guardiola's ready! If he wins the quadruple he might get a longer contract. So long term we're in a win-win situation!
not too sure pep will come bm2 if rafa does poorly (i predict he will) we should be looking at dick advocaat or capello
I'm pretty sure Rafa had no control over the goal being given but if he did then isn't it better to have someone who will do anything to win on your side?
Hm. I rather fear that Mad Dog will be drawing the line in the sand far shallower than that, my friend. Top 5 and get Torres to break double-figures (that's goals, not dives, by the way). That should be enough to ensure that Coco gets a full season in charge. Sure, Pepe will be free for the season after next, since his self-imposed sabbatical extends over the whole of next season, and I am certain that Mad Dog will throw whatever it will take to bring him to SB. I'm hoping the man will want more than merely 12-18 months in charge of a team that he will never be able to call his own, even if he wins the league and the CL, but I have to say that I have very little faith in the integrity of anyone connected with the EPL or the other major European leagues.
"We don’t need to give away flags for our fans to wave – our supporters are always there with their hearts, and that is all we need. It’s the passion of the fans that helps to win matches – not stupid flags. Chelsea fans lack passion." - Rafa Benitez should be hounded out of the Bridge
Then best thing is for you to leave and not comment about a team you are no longer supporting. Cheers and bye.
you have no right to tell me what to do squire and not once did i say i would no longer be supporting so please retract that staitment
Nope because fickle fans like you make me want to vomit. I support Chelsea FC and every player and manager not just the ones I like now and then. Move along nothing at this club for you anymore.
now look here my good man, you are in no position to tell anyone how to support the club and when to move on, let alone decide when there is nothing left for them at the club you are on your final warning
before I say anything, let me make this clear - I am not telling anyone to do anything, just my .02!! then Rafa was with 'Pool and he had to talk against us, just like Torres had to score against us many times !! Did we not support Torres as a blue, because he scored against us many times when he was with 'Pool..? same way Rafa is now with us and he gets all the support, as long as the results are good!!
See what Coco is doing? He's already got Chelsea fans fighting one another, same as AVB with us Spurs fans. It is not a promising start.
