My understanding is that HMRC have referred the case to Dev and Rabheelbhoy for them to review the evidence.

Expect massive hypocrisy followed by a guilty verdict in the near future.

You would think so.

- Get the lawyers in and let's get some compensation. We're due it.

- Get the leak at HMRC severly punished for breaking numerous data protection laws. Jailtime preferential.

- Public apology from HMRC.

- RangersTaxCase website closed down and confined to the history books.

Did the ****s even watch the game? I can see from browsing this morning that Trev and Medro both had to chin them for discussing the Tax Case result DURING their game last night.

Dribs and drabs of info coming in but it looks like your EBT were illegal...just not the majority of them

I guess its only the "side letters" cases that have been found to be payments instead of loans

So you're saying the tribunal made individual rulings on each EBT? Mibby they did. Hivny seen/heard anything about that though.

As far as I know the side letters are only an issue as far as the SFA are concerned and the tax case is legal and settled as far as HMRC are concerned (they may appeal of course).
