exactly one of the reasons the team is struggling at the mo if you ask me, lacking a leader on the pitch big time, as you say who?? i reckon maybe give it to mata?
I did think of Mata but he plays with great intensity and is very focused. Is he the player to keep an eye on the bigger picture I wonder?
i dont know bloo, you might be right but he has got a beard and looks quite authoritative and maybe that is enough 
Mikel? Loves to give out a rollicking, experienced pro now and starting to lead by example in the middle. Other than that, maybe Cahill.
i could go with that but dont you think that mikel always seems to have a scared expression on his face when we are under the cosh?
I think Mikel could do the job and in the circumstances should be given the chance! I know Cech has done the job , but somehow the GK as captain, just doesn't work for me! We need someone outfield , preferably in a midfield role and at the moment there's no one but Mikel to do the job!
