Grrrrrrrr, I am so fcuking unlucky when it comes to stuff like that, I have never won anything.

I have worked hard for every single thing I have bought in life. It would be nice to win something though, one day just to know how it feels.

And to top it off you support Norwich... Life has been a real son of a bitch to you hasn't it! <laugh>

Some guy came to the door today selling raffle tickets for hard up Ipswich Town.
I said, "No thank you, with my luck I'd win!"

Come on Kemp8094, Norwich won League 1, Won promotion from the Championship, and Won our place in the Premiership. You are part of that mate, you ARE a winner!!! <hug>

Thanks ILD I am lucky in other ways. Great wife and kids and life in general.

At one of those tombola thingies at Worstead festival one year, I won a tin of 'value' baked beans! I don't think they had grasped the idea of incentive, ticket cost more than the prize!

Does anyone get Harvest Festivals. You turn up and the raffle is mostly for tinned peaches or kiwi fruit. What the bloody hell has that to do with Harvest Festival.
PS. Is the Festival House pub still there?

'Tis Delaney's Irish bar, so. <ok>

Never went into the club above. I was probably a responsible father by then. But the original old Art School used to be virtually opposite and the printing college was housed at the art school so we had a good choice of pubs for lunch time drinking..
