InvernessStokie told me the other day on Facebook that David Vaughan was available on a free in the summer and I said then that I sincerely hoped we would go in for him in the summer. I hope The Sun are correct with their info as I believe Vaughan would be a great signing. He's Blackpool's player of the year, very fine passer of the ball, would be perfect for the cage, would be a good fill in at left back and the left wing.

Yeh I read a similar story saying he was voted their Player of the Year. Not a surprise that in the 2 games since he returned from injury, Newcastle and Stoke, Blackpool have played far better than in the games when he was injured. He is as vital to Blackpool as Charlie Adam, he's the perfect foil for Adam.
