Has to be the season ticket to portman road! In a southwold pub, had to destroy the ticket, couldn't bring myself to give it away and heap that kind of misery on another human being
Family member (over 65) won a Porsche Boxster for the weekend, sadly the garages insurance didn't cover them so I had to have it, had to drive to Cambridge to pick it up but by God was that weekend fun. Took the boy over to Langham airfield and turned the traction control off pulled some absolutely ****ing huge doughnuts all over the place. What fun Oh we also won family tickets to Pleasurewood Hills (a prize I organised for the charity incidentally LOL!) The Mother in law has just won £1000 doing a crossword compo, does that count too?
A few years ago, I had my wholse body shaved for children in need. When the raffle was drawn, I won a £25 voucher for a local hairdressers.
Ive never won anything myself and the Porsche prize was pretty bad for the person concerned as they couldn't use it no??
A packet of out of date Bombay mix in our works Christmas raffle!! Magnanimously I said, "no that's ok put them back in" not thinking they would, but f*** me they did, so someone else won them!
Mark Fotheringham is my carer! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Mind you I confessed to a murder on my death bed and got better, and my ship came in just as I was getting on the plane.
I don't know about the worst prize, but the best was won by Mrs KIO's nephew. If you recall, a few years back Walkers were putting prize tickets in selected crisps packets. It's the God's honest truth, he won the top prize ! Upon opening his crisps, the little lad pulled out the ticket and told his Dad he'd won him a car. Needless to say his Dad didn't believe him, it was only when he checked the ticket later before putting it in the bin he realised that he was telling the truth. He'd won a brand new Ford Focus spawny git, to top it all off this guy has never done a day's work in his life ! !
Grrrrrrrr, I am so fcuking unlucky when it comes to stuff like that, I have never won anything. I have worked hard for every single thing I have bought in life. It would be nice to win something though, one day just to know how it feels.
I have just literally won, 30 minutes ago, a Cupcake stand in our works children in need raffle. Holds up to 19 cupcakes. I can't bake/won't bake and the wife probably won't either. Still, nice to win a prize!!
