To be honest, I thought Chelsea's goal came from a freekick which shows how much attention I was paying. I take it, it wasn't a corner then?
Wisdom gets to the byline to cross and a Chelsea defender blocks it out for a corner...whats the issue?
I'm not permitted to answer these sleights on the Gooner board, but despite that fact PESKIE continues to make his cowardly attacks on me. I'm not upset by them, but it does annoy me that he continues to lie. He wrote this, recently- I'd like to break this down, if I may... Who, exactly, was crying "wum"? PESKIE, you are a known wum, and a humourless one at that, so there would be no need for anyone to "cry wum." We already know what you are. As for the Yid debate, the non-wum part of you (as small as that might be) ought to appreciate that that is a very sensitive issue for Spurs fans. We adopted the various "Yid" chants as a means of protecting ourselves and our Jewish followers against the abuse that we were receiving, in former times, some of which was very nasty. What some of us object to is non-Spurs fans sticking their oars into an argument that they know very little about and blinding us with their ignorance on the subject. Apart from that very sensitive topic, there hasn't been a single debate on this board where I have seen any sensible Spurs fan "cry wum." Sorry, but that is an outright lie. You are repeating a lie that you have made on several occasions and, as on each of those occasions, I challenge you to produce proof of your comment. You have singularly failed to do so up to this point. Please, either put up or shut on this point. Your lie is becoming tiresome by its evident falsity. This comment was, I believe, aimed at a Spurs poster who had defended my "wumming" as nothing more than harmless banter, and accusing some Gooners of lacking the ability to recognise the humour in my comments (I believe the poster said something like "it is way over your heads..."). And therein lies the problem. PESKIE and Little Jack are humourless dullards, afraid to engage in witty banter for fear of being exposed for what they are, namely humourless dullards. They are far too humourless and dull to understand that we already know these facts. My only mistake - made around the time of my being banned from their dull board - was to under-estimate just how threatened PESKIE is by intelligence and wit. Had I known this, I would have dumbed-down my humour (on the Gooner board) to a level that he felt more comfortable with. Thank you for being so generous, PESKIE. However, I think you should understand that most of the sensible Gooners already are in the habit of frequenting the Spurs board when they wish to engage in a spot of humerous banter. I would appreciate it if some decent chap would re-post this on the "Laugh At Spurs" thread, over on the Gooners' board. Thank you.
Thank you, Spurf. I note, with some interest, that goonercumrag has piped up with a typically Gooner-mod humourless put-down, without actually addressing any proper issues. I'd despair, if I cared enough.
Our good friend Peter Herbert (or "Pervert" as he was probably known at school...) is accusing The FA and Chelsea of a cover-up as the completely unfounded allegations of racism which get flimsier and less believable the more you read about them were not passed on to the police, who have dropped the case like a hot turd. His fifteen minutes will be up shortly - along with his career, if Spurs or The FA petition for him to lose his license to practice law.
Looks like top 4 might be easier than we thought http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/d...ist-the-club-should-be-relegated-immediately/
I believe he has acted outrageously. This isn't the USA. Our lawyers shouldn't go around acting like social vigilantes. The man has disgraced himself and his profession.
But Webb got in the way of Ramires where we had a counter attack what would most likely have been 5 v 3 in our favour and Liverpool almost scored from it. Liverpool conceded at least 45-60 seconds after that, it wasn't a direct interference of play.
He's the Ali Dizaei of the legal profession. Dizaei is currently wearing a fetching electronic tag around his ankle, and will do so for several years yet...
